Step 1 - Select your Products

Please browse through our range of farm produce and then add the product(s) you wish to order by entering your required quantity (this is per kg unless stated otherwise) and then clicking on the "add to basket" button.

We have a minimum order value of £25 (exc delivery cost).

Step 2 - Submit your Order Request

When you have selected all the products you would like click on the "checkout" button and follow on the on-screen instructions.

Step 3 - We will check your Order & contact you to confirm and take payment

Given the nature of organic & fresh farm produce our stocks will vary week by week, so we will check availability of your items and call you to confirm the order, delivery date and take payment (we accept most leading debit & credit cards - see logos towards bottom of this page).

Delivery - in Mainland England Only

There is a Minimum Value for goods to be delivered of £25 (exc delivery cost).

Delivery is normally on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and for Saturday a flat surcharge of £10 is made.

Delivery Charges are as follows:

FREE local delivery (within 10 mile radius of our Farm Shop, Tenterden, Kent)
Standard delivery charge = £10
Orders with the value of £100 or more - Delivery is FREE

Delivery Schedule

Your order will be despatched, normally within 10 days.

All our Meat is individually packed, frozen, labelled and priced. The Meat is packed in insulated boxes with ice packs. We will attempt to contact you prior to despatch.

Frozen Produce: We make every effort to make sure that frozen items remain frozen on delivery, however we cannot guarantee this and cannot be held responsible for any defrosting which may occur en route.

Back Order

Your card will only be debited for goods actually despatched.

Cancellation Rights

There are no cancellation rights for perishable goods delivered.

Complaints

We hope you will never need to complain about our produce. However if you do have a problem, please telephone us on: 01580 763 351 and we will do our very best to speedily remedy the problem.

We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
